1.2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made: 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus transaction fees. 15–29 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: No refund. Refunds do not cover non-recoverable costs such as park entry fees or third-party reservations.
1.3. Itinerary Adjustments
Hangout Safaris reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, park regulations, flight delays, or safety concerns. We will always communicate changes in advance and offer the closest alternative.
1.4. Travel Insurance & Health
Guests are advised to have valid travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Vaccinations and health precautions are the traveler’s responsibility. Please consult your doctor before travel.
