Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
Your adventure begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel at 7:30 AM. You'll then join other safari-goers and depart Nairobi by 8:15 AM for a scenic drive south to Amboseli National Park. Arrive at Manjaro Tented Camp just in time for lunch and some well-deserved rest. In the afternoon, set out on your first game drive from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to spot a variety of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, and possibly even lions — all framed by the stunning backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Return to camp in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Full Day Game Viewing in Amboseli
After an early breakfast, pick up your packed picnic lunch and head out for a full day of game viewing. Amboseli’s open plains and swamplands offer some of the best wildlife experiences in Kenya. The park is especially famous for its large elephant herds and clear views of Mount Kilimanjaro, weather permitting. Throughout the day, you’ll explore different areas of the park, encountering various animals and bird species in their natural habitat. Return to Manjaro Tented Camp in the evening to relax, enjoy dinner, and spend the night.
Day 3: Amboseli – Nairobi
On your final day, enjoy breakfast at the camp before choosing between two enriching experiences. You can visit a local Maasai village to learn about their culture, traditions, and way of life, or take a guided nature walk through the conservancy to appreciate Amboseli’s unique flora and smaller wildlife on foot. After your chosen morning activity, begin the return journey to Nairobi with a picnic lunch enjoyed en route. You’ll arrive back at your hotel or the airport by approximately 2:00 PM, marking the end of your memorable safari.
